Functions:
1. AIR FRY: High temperature cooking and maximum airflow for crispy foods such as French fries and chicken wings.
2. ROAST: ideal for meat and poultry. Food will be tender and juicy on the inside and well roasted outside.
3. GRILL (GRIL): Cook thin pieces of meat (such as bacon, poultry, fish, sausages, and vegetables).
4. BAKE: Bake cakes, muffins and pastries evenly.
5. REHEAT: Revive leftovers by gently warming them up for a crispy result.
6. Proof: maintains precise low temperatures for fermentation of bread, rolls, pizza, dough and yogurt.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Working test: Before first use, perform a test according to the manual to check the correct operation. To eliminate manufacturing odours before first use, heat the appliance to vacuum or with a few slices of lemon.
2. Double Basket:
Top basket: 4.3 L
Bottom basket: 6.5L (add rack for 3rd layer of cooking)

Safety warnings:
1. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use the handles.
2. Be careful when turning the basket over after cooking, as the hot potato chip tray may fall and pose a safety risk.
3. Firmly insert the chip tray into the basket to prevent it from falling off.
4. Do not obstruct ventilation openings. Hot steam is released through the openings. Keep your hands and face away from the openings.
5. Always use tongs to carefully remove hot food.
6. Avoid wrapping the power cord around the ventilation opening when the device is in operation. The power cord may otherwise be damaged by the high temperature, which is a risk during use.
